RotarySwimarathon Corporate Sponsors

Many thanks to our sponsors who cover the expenses of running The RotarySwimarathon. This leaves all of the sponsorship money raised by the swimmers to be gifted to local and worthwhile charities

Why Do We Need Corporate Sponsorship?

The purpose of Corporate sponsorship of the event is that all expenses are covered so that any money raised by the swimming teams is granted to local worthwhile causes. Expenses that need to be covered are, swimming pool hire, advertising, stationery, printing, postage, telephone, first aid cover, insurance and equipment, presentation evening etc. The annual expenses are currently in the region of £8000 - the main item of expense being the hire of The Meres Leisure Centre facilities 

The Rotary Club of Grantham members and their helpers provide all of the organisational expertise and time free of charge.

What Does A Corporate Sponsor Get For Their Money?

We have various levels of corporate sponsorship offering increasing levels of exposure within the event. £100, £250, £500, £1,000 and the Overall Sponsor (Price to be negotiated)

£100

The sponsors name will be on the overall sponsor board at the main entrance and in the spectator area entrance

£250

The above plus the sponsor will be able to display a banner (about 2 x 1 metres) throughout the event. Their name will be read out during each swimming slot and their name and website link will appear on the website

£500

The above plus the sponsor will be sponsoring a lane during the event and have their name/logo at the end of the lane throughout the event. They can also display a banner approx 2m x 1 m. They will be asked if a member of the Company would like to attend to start one of the sessions during the event. Additionally, the Rotary Swimarathon web site would display the logo rolling across the top. They would also be mentioned along with all sponsors and their website address. Invited to the Presentation Night

£1,000

Sponsor the  Swimmers Certifcate (1400) issued to each particpant which includes a team photograph - mentioned at every session - on the website link - start a session off - invite to the Presentation Night

Overall Sponsor - price upon application

All the above plus have you name/logo on the free gift i.e drinks bottle or draw string bag

Corporate Sponsorship Application

Thank you for showing an interest in sponsoring our RotarySwimarathon event, the best in the district. You will have seen what you can get for your sponsorship. If you are happy to sponsor our event expenses and get excellent coverage through our event, website and publicity then why not complete our online enquiry form.

For security reasons  the corporate sponsorship application form will only be shown in the sponsors menu if you have signed up to our web site and you are logged in.

DATA PROTECTION:- The Rotary Club of Grantham, who organise this event will only use your information to administer the event and will be stored for a period of one year only.
